Re-Scheduling: Re-scheduling is based on seat availability and should be requested 48 hours prior to guest departure. In the caee when the guest departure is between June - Oct, scheduling changes should be requested 1 week prior to departure.
Baggage Allowance: Each passenger is entitled to a maximum of 2 pieces luggage carried free of charge, not exceeding a total weight of 15kg. The company reserves the right to check contents of any baggage, and to refuse baggage items. The company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage during transit.
Check-in Time and Hotel Pickup: Last check-in time is 30 minutes prior to departure time. Passengers arriving after this time may be deemed as "no shows" if they chose to make their own way to the harbor
