Leaving Dublin, you travel in a northern direction towards Belfast, a city known for its industrial history and turbulent past. A brief city tour is included, providing insight into the triumphs, tragedies, and character of the capital.
After the tour, there is free time for lunch and exploration in the Titanic Quarter, a revitalized area where the iconic ship was constructed and launched in 1911. Options include a visit to the acclaimed Titanic museum, a tour of the HMS Caroline, or a guided black cab exploration of the city.

Bid the giant’s steps adieu as you make your way to Portrush, a delightful fishing village and your overnight abode.

From here, you head to County Donegal, which boasts stunning scenery and a strong Gaelic heritage. You then head into the picturesque Glenveagh National Park and past the soaring peak of Mount Errigal, before traveling through the traditional fishing villages of the area. Moving westwards, you enter County Mayo, an area ravaged by the Great Potato Famine. Winding roads curve through the picturesque farmlands, bogs and open moors, offering views of distant hills and the Atlantic coast, where you’ll visit the dramatic Achill Island. Here you have time to savour the rugged sea and peaceful beauty. From here it is a short drive to Westport – your base for the next two nights.
