Itinerary

Meet your guide at the meeting point at the scheduled time. You will be visiting an archaeological site and memorial dedicated to the memory of enslaved Africans in colonial America. You will be exploring the former stations with your guide, including the former locations of homes and churches that were on the Underground Railroad.

You will walk past a slew of Manhattan landmarks and learn about wars of freedom fought and won over 200 years ago. Hear stories of the riots, revolts and dramatic escapes that occurred during American slavery.

Learn the thrilling story about the Underground Railroad in Brooklyn and Manhattan and how a group of courageous men and women undertook grave risks to help enslaved people flee from persecution and oppression.
